We have been using Hannah at Tripaway Travel for many years to arrange overseas air travel for us. Her understanding of our needs, advice on available options, promptness and professionalism, has been outstanding. In the recent challenges of international air travel, with Hannah away, Sallee was able to quickly put together an amended itinerary that ensured we would still get to where we needed to be by certain dates. On her return, Hannah, who was unable to contact us because we were in the air, did a brilliant proactive job at finding and confirming alternative and better onward connections than had been chosen by the airlines, so that we were kept on track. I have been using TripAway for years and years. Vivian Maloney is an exceptional travel agent - there is no better way of saying that. For her, nothing is too much trouble.  She is knowledgeable and pragmatic, always giving options with pros and cons. She LISTENS! This is a big and important point. It means we get great first draft itineraries. Have been associated with Tripaway Travel for some time Have always had seemless air travel and wonderful accommodation along with good travel companies.
